1. Is PayPal safe to use?

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.

2. What are the fees for using PayPal?

It is free to send a payment through PayPal and to maintain a PayPal account.

PayPal make their money from sellers who are charged a small fee for receiving payments.

3. How to I transfer funds to Paypal?

As a buyer, you can pay for your item online through PayPal. You have the choice of funding your payment with your debit card, credit card, bank account or PayPal balance. Sellers are notified by email of your PayPal payment immediately, and can confidently post the goods to you right away.


4. What is I don’t receive my Picture or there is a problem? How do I get a refund?

If this happens, you should contact A Picture of Norfolk. If a refund is required, we can easily and quickly send a refund directly into your PayPal account.

5. I don't have a credit card; can I still use PayPal?

Yes. PayPal accepts any debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, Switch or Solo logo. Add your card in the same way as you would a credit card. When you send a payment, choose to debit funds from your card or from your registered bank account

6. How can I be sure that A Picture of Norfolk has received my PayPal payment?

To check the status of all payments you send via PayPal, log in to your PayPal account and click History. Click https://www.paypal.com/uk/HISTORY. If your payment has a status of 'Completed' then the seller has received your funds.
